How can I learn how to dictate?  For my law boards, the state will give me a scribe so I don't have to write my answers.  I have never done this before and I want further information.  There are classes teaching secretaries, but not the person giving the dictation.  Please be as specific about details as possible.  http://flamepointcat.com/email

I too have aches and shooting pains in my right hand, wrist and arm, undoubedly caused in part by years and years of heavy hand writing, and compiling notes at length, because I never learned to use a dictaphone!
